The constant heavy hits and bleed damage from If It Bleeds and Hound's Rush brought the Necro Lord down pretty quick with no stress added and all my guys at about half health.Ī general thing I do with these bosses is to get through the dungeon and to them as quickly as possible so I use a few resources as possible getting there. The weakening curses kept the hits from the Necro Lord and Bone Captain from doing too much damage. Aside from that, everyone attacked the Necro Lord and ignored both of the Bone guys. Occultist hit him with a Weakening Curse before he summoned the Bone Captain, and hit the Bone Captain with a Weakening Curse on the next round. I defeated the Necro Lord in the 4th round, and this is the first time I attempted to go up against him.įirst person with a marking ability to have their turn (HM, in my case) marks the Necro Lord. Necro Lord summoned a Bone Captain on the first round, as well as a stealthed Bone Soldier in the 2nd round. Additionally, there were a couple of abilities that I had used in the dungeon on the way to the Necro Lord that I forgot to switch out before the fight. I'm sure the fight is easier if you have better trinkets equipped. Honestly, I didn't even bother to look at which trinkets they were all wearing and I'll be the first to admit the ones my HM used are absolutley garbage for him and his abilities.
